I feel that focusing on the benefits of decluttering your space is the push we all need to actually getting it done.

Can the process of decluttering be exhausting on us physically and emotionally? Yes, but if we stop for a moment and think about all the good that will come out of it once we’re done….I don’t know about you, but I’m about to declutter another area in my home just because I want to soak in all of the benefits.

So let’s break down some of the benefits of decluttering your space

Decluttering Your Space Allows For The Flow Of Positive Vibes

There is no way that we can soak in all the good vibes in our home, if there is stagnant energy in the home and by stagnant energy, I mean clutter.

When we have clutter in our home, we are telling the Universe, you know what, thanks, but no thanks because I’m good with what I have. There is no possible way that good energy can flow into our home when it’s blocked by stuff.

I don’t know about you, but I’m not about to turn down the Universe of all my blessings!

Sage all you want, but when physical things take up space in our home, there is no more room for positive vibes to flow into our home.

Positive Benefits of Decluttering Your Space: Reduces Stress and Anxiety

How many times have you tried looking for something and couldn’t find it? You turn your closet upside down looking for your favorite sweater, but it’s no where to be found. Do you remember how that made you feel?

I’ve been there and let me tell you that I didn’t feel good in fact I was stressed AF!

Not being able to find things quickly because it’s buried under clutter is not a good feeling at all. On top of that it makes us feel anxious because we know deep down we need to tackle the clutter, but just can’t get to it because of lack of time, energy or skill.
